Comprehensive on-site review of restaurant culture, operations, systems, service standards and team execution.

The assessment is conducted over 8 hours and can be split into two 4-hour sessions to observe both revenue periods.  We provide you with a clear assessment of your current operation, identified gaps and practical next steps required to improve and move forward.  Also included are our basic best practice documents tailored to your logo and design.
